WildKind Interiors

Problem.
Louise took the leap and started her own business, ‘WildKind Interiors’. She came to us because she was ready to grow from a solo venture. Her goal was to become a key person of influence in her field and build a strong brand recognised across the UK.
However, like many founders, she was doing everything herself. She was stuck in the cycle of working in the business instead of on it. She wanted to grow, but needed a clear strategy and some mental space to do it right.
Solution.
We worked with Louise to build a scalable business model from the inside out. We worked together to clarify her long-term vision. We restructured her services and built new systems. We also helped her shift from being an operator to a leader. She hired support, refined her pricing, implemented systems and processes and finally had space to lead with intention.
Once the foundations were in place, it was time to fuel growth. That's when we launched a focused SEO strategy. We began with a complete site audit and created local landing pages for England and Scotland. This helped boost visibility and attract clients in new areas.
Results
- Doubled turnover year on year
- Grew from just her to now leading a team of 9
- Back end systemisation in place
- Louise now able to focus on leadership and more growth
- Multiple Pages at position 1 on Google rankings UK-wide
- High-value projects coming directly through organic search

Coaching kept me focused, accountable, and moving forward and year on year, we’ve doubled turnover and profit. When it was time to scale nationally, they got it straight away. The SEO strategy was spot on, now we’re on page one across the UK. Quick, clear, and genuinely supportive. It’s felt like having an extra team on board.
