Sammidge Stackers

Problem.
Sammidge Stackers make brilliant sandwiches (those award-winning sausage rolls speak for themselves), but their social media was inconsistent, off-brand, and lacked strategy. They also had no website or online ordering system for customers to order.
Solution.
We built a fresh content strategy focused on brand voice, local engagement, and showcasing their stacked sammidges in all their glory. As part of this, we produced high-quality food photography to give their content the visual punch it needed across platforms.
We then rolled out consistent posts across Facebook and Instagram, mixing product shots, behind-the-scenes content, and regular offers to keep things engaging and on-brand.
Alongside the social overhaul, we supported the creation and launch of their new online ordering system and app, helping streamline the customer experience and boost lunchtime trade
Results
- Doubled turnover year on year
- New sexy selling images of their sandwiches
- Social Reach went up by 260% in 3 months
- Engagement doubled on Social media
- Footfall and online orders both increased
- Customers now order via the new website or directly through their new app

Honestly, I used to just wing it with socials, I didn’t have the time or the plan. Now everything’s consistent, on-brand, and actually getting us noticed. The photos made the food look incredible, and the new app has made ordering so much easier for customers. It’s been a total game changer for the business.
